Chardonnay has a soft and enveloping taste in the mouth it is dry, with balanced acidity and unctuous, giving it a lot of body and good structure. The aroma in the mouth is intense, reminiscent of pineapple, green apple, toast, cinnamon and vanilla, in such a way that together with the taste and tactile sensations they make it a wine with prolonged persistence.
